All our rebuilt fuse boxes include a 10 year limited warranty with the following conditions:
What this warranty covers
- Any defects in materials or workmanship in GT Car Parts INC’s rebuilt fuse boxes (also known as a fuse board, fuse panel or relay assembly).
How long coverage lasts
- 10 years, beginning from date of purchase.
What is not covered
- GT Car Parts INC reserves the right to deny warranty coverage for a fuse box that has been damaged by improper installation, aftermarket modifications (either to the board itself or other systems in the car), or an electrical fault elsewhere in the vehicle.
- We reserve the right to deny warranty coverage for fuse boxes installed in cars with a history of flood or fire damage.
- Damage due to accidents, theft, vandalism or acts of God (fire, flood etc) is not covered by the warranty.
- Our warranty is non-transferable and only covers the original purchaser of the fuse box.
What GTCP will do
- We inspect all warranty return fuse boxes in order to determine the root cause of the issue, including visual inspection, disassembly, bench testing and/or road testing. This inspection is free of charge. The customer is responsible for shipping the fuse box back to us for inspection. Warranty coverage may be denied if the customer is unable to provide the fuse box for inspection.
- We may ask for additional information about the customer’s car in order to determine the root cause of the fuse box failure. This may include service history, photographs and/or diagnostic tests. Warranty coverage may be denied if the customer is unable to provide this information.
- We will repair or replace any fuse box that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, free of charge.
How to get service
- Contact GT Car Parts INC at inquiry@gtcp.com or +1 (623) 780 2200 and our staff will assist with your issue and the warranty process.
- We will first ask for diagnostic information and assist with troubleshooting in order to determine, if possible, whether the issue is related to the fuse board or is due to installation error or a preexisting electrical fault.
- Once we determine there is potentially an issue with the fuse box, the fuse box must be returned to GT Car Parts INC for inspection and testing before any warranty replacement is approved.
State law
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
