Like most of the world, we have been very alarmed by the rapid spread and severity of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. We are currently assessing how best to protect our employees, customers, suppliers, family and friends during this time. We have taken several basic precautions around our facility according to the advice of medical professionals. Our employees are all encouraged to take paid sick leave if they experience any symptoms or have been in contact with a suspected COVID-19 case.
We are at the moment continuing with normal operations, but the situation here is changing extremely rapidly. We are not currently planning to close but we are preparing contingency plans for anything from slowing order fulfillment, all the way to a temporary suspension of all operations. As you may have heard, as of midnight tonight the San Francisco bay area will be under a shelter-in-place order with all nonessential businesses ordered closed. While our area (Phoenix, Arizona, USA) is currently under no such order, we believe it is possible in the future. So please keep this in mind, we are happy to accept orders now but we are unsure how our status will change within the next days/weeks/months. We will provide updates on our website on a timely basis. Contacting us directly is the best way to find out if our availability of a certain part/service is impacted by current events.
